RFI – Request for Information.
on the Subject of Applying Friction Improving Surfaces on High-Risk Road Segments

Ayalon Highways Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company" or "Ayalon Highways") hereby requests information on the subject of applying friction improving surfaces on high-risk road segments (hereinafter: "RFI"), as detailed in the Invitation Documents:
1. The set of Invitation Documents can be downloaded on the URL: www.ayalonhw.co.il under the tab "Tenders and Engagements" on the Home Page or on the following website: https://bids.dekel.co.il/ayalon.
2. Clarification Queries Proposals are entitled to o send a written proposal no later than 28/7/202` at 12:00 noon (Israel local time) via the designated tab on the procedure page on the website, while detailing their identification and contact details for a reply regarding receipt of clarifications relating to any contradictions, incompatibilities or ambiguities whatsoever in relation to their precise understanding of a section or any item whatsoever in the procedure documents.
3. Submitting a Proposal: The last date for submitting proposals is at 12:00 noon (Israel local time) on 18/8/2021. Any proposal not submitted on the computerized system by the aforementioned date will not be accepted. To obviate any doubt, it is hereby emphasized that submitting a reply must be mechanized as aforementioned and no submission of a reply in any other manner will be permitted (unless specified otherwise expressly).
4. This invitation is not intended to invite bids and is not a part of a tender procedure or of any competitive procedure whatsoever and, therefore, it does not contain anything to create any obligation whatsoever regarding anyone replying to it. This request is solely intended for receiving information according to the details herein and, following receipt of the information, the Company will consider continuing is action on the subject of the request, if any.
